I did a 1/2 day’s bouldering years ago as part of a management training scheme (beginning with an abseil off a bridge) and was a quivering (tearful) wreck the entire time – but felt amazing afterwards!

Not sure I’m up to anything that dramatic at my ripe old age (don’t think my body would cope anymore, let alone my mental state) but like the idea of trying something different every day…

Also love your phrase “percolating on my options”.
